Birds Hill Country Days will
hold an annual Community
Day free of charge to disabled
and disadvantaged members
of the local community.
A CD copy of the days events
will be sent to those groups
who have attended during the
year. If you would like to
participate in part sponsoring
this day then please let us
know. |

The standard rate for this year is £220.00
per person and VAT will be charged at the
prevailing rate.
For parties requiring individual activities - such as house parties or wedding parties - these can be held at Birds Hill or alternatively your own venue. Prices for these will be quoted on request. |

The minimum number of guests per day is 12. A deposit of
50% is payable on booking with the balance due 28 days from
the date of the event. If you have a smaller group, please let us
know and we will endeavour to arrange a shared day with
another company.

Please be advised cancellation of your booking within 4 weeks of the
event will result in the loss of 50% of your deposit and within 2 weeks,
the loss of your full deposit.
